Why we built it

MedSales AI wasn't built by a software company studying medical tourism from the outside. Our founder, Alper Çapanoğlu, ran sales and marketing operations in aesthetics and health tourism at leading Turkish healthcare groups. The problem he saw every day was always the same: valuable enquiries generated by real ad budgets were being lost in untrained, inexperienced sales conversations.

What we do

We train clinic sales teams with realistic AI patient simulations, score and analyse every call, turn CRM data into decisions, and track brand visibility in AI engines like ChatGPT. Nothing goes into the product unless it works in the field — because we've sat on the selling side of the table.

How we work
